As the years pass, I find myself seeing Christmas differently. It’s less about what’s wrapped beneath the tree and more about the moments that bring us together-the laughter, the memories, the feeling of being home.

Watching the joy in our children’s eyes as they gift loved ones special presents, knowing they thought carefully about what was inside the box- how it was just right for that person- fills my heart. Their excitement in giving now outshines the joy of receiving, reminding me that the greatest love always comes from the heart.

Somewhere along the way, we realize the real magic of the season isn’t in what we give, but in how we give it. It’s the care behind the gesture, the thought in the choosing, the love carried quietly in every small act. It’s the journey home through the cold, the lights glowing in the distance, and the comfort of knowing you’re exactly where you belong.
