Sudden Barometer Shift was inspired by fast changing skies - you know the type that roll in just before a storm. You are out for a walk and it has been a beautiful day, so you ended up farther from home than you intended. When suddenly the skies turn, you realize you need to make your way back. The glimmer of blue within the painting represents the path forward, still visible through unsettled weather. Even in uncertainty, there is always a path forward, a path home.
